APPLICATION FOR AFFILIATION

It is our desire to function outside the traditional box of ministry to express the creativity of the Kingdom. At the same time we are deliberate in our focus to network, train, and unite the church of this generation in revelation, impartation, and activation for the greatest harvest ever seen. It is our vision to equip a laboring force to see revival reform our cities, nation, and world.

Welcome to the ARC, a cross pollination of ministers and ministries with a mission to network, train, and unite the church of this generation in revelation, impartation, and activation for the end time harvest. We are an Apostolic Center that equips and launches people into ministry for high impact transformation while functioning as a family base to ministers and ministries. Where we follow the pattern of leadership with Apostles and Prophets being the foundation and Christ being the Chief Cornerstone of the church. Please fill out the Application for Affiliation below on behalf of your ministry if you would like to apply to align your ministry with ARC and its legal non-profit 501 C-3 status and submit it with the required application fee.

We are excited about your Application for Affiliation to have your ministry become a part of the ARC family! It is important for us to be able to contact you in a timely manner to review your application and schedule an interview.

COMPLETION OF YOUR APPLICATION…

After completing the application process your file will be forwarded directly to the Board of Directors for approval.

REASONS FOR DELAYED APPLICATION PROCESSING…

These items must be completed for your Application for Affiliation to be approved by Board of Directors:

1) $200.00 application & first ministry donation as led by Holy Spirit.

2) 2 References with one preferably by a pastor that can be contacted by phone, e-mail, or postal mail.

4) Agree to Policy & Principles agreement.

FOLLOW UP ON YOUR REFERENCES…

You should contact references prior to using their names and let them know someone will be contacting them.

CERTIFICATE AND IDENTIFICATION CARD…

An approval packet and Certificate of Affiliation will be sent to you with the Board of Directors approval.

NOW THAT YOUR MINISTRY HAS ALIGNED ITSELF WITH ARC…

Welcome aboard! Your ministry is now a part of the ARC family with all the rights and privileges. Your ministry now qualifies for all the considerations provided to a legal non-profit 501 C-3 tax exempt organization. You are deeply appreciated and our ministry team is here to serve you!

Applications should be discussed and filled out by Senior Leader, Leadership Team and those involved in the ministry.

This application will be reviewed by the ARC Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting for reviewing affiliation and credentialing applications. An interview will be scheduled to discuss the application. After fasting, prayer and consideration you will be notified by the Board of Directors in writing as to their decision.
